Crypto Markets Back Up, Altcoins Recovering And Top 100 Teeming With Green

The downtrend yesterday proved fleeting as the bulls spearheaded a recovery attempt during the early Asian trading session. The crypto board is back on the green and most assets are getting ready for another uptrend.


The market capitalization is now back to Monday’s level at $182 Billion after a dip below $180 Billion. Although the volume is still going lower at $49 Billion, the market is gaining momentum once again. The Bitcoin dominance is creeping back lower at 50.8% as altcoins get a kick upwards.


Bitcoin recovered from a low of $5164 and is now trading at $5255 with a 1.07% gain at the time of this writing. It’s market capitalization is staying above $90 Billion while the trading volume is getting lower at $13.9 Billion. The 1st asset is still low as it plays within a hundred dollar range of its current price. In the short term, the Bitcoin may be going for its near resistance at $5300 then $5450. Down the opposite side, the support is still at $5090.



Ethereum is navigating back to $180 after a heavy fall to $175 yesterday. The market was able to bring it as high as $183 but pulled back to its current level as the momentum was not sustained. A sustainable move above $184 is needed in order to continue its upward progression. On the downside, Ethereum is supported at $175 and $170. The coins market capitalization is currently at $19 Billion and has gained 2.18% at the time of this writing. XRP is $4 Billion behind in market cap and is at $14.9 Billion at the time of this writing. It has settled at $0.35 at the time of this writing, 1.75% more than its price at the same time yesterday.



The rest of the Top 10 is green today (with the exception of Stellar which is mildly bearish at a -0.30% loss on the day). EOS is the biggest gainer with a jump to $5.81 and a 6.65% gain on the day. Cardano has flipped to the 9th position again with a 3.81%, and putting Tether on the 10th position. Binance Coin follows with a 2.21% gain. The rest under 2% on the positive.


Down the Top 25, the biggest market movers are Dogecoin, Ontology, and Ethereum Classic. Dogecoin has retaken 6.07% from its loss for the past days. Ontology has grown to 5.32% to $1.53. Tron is the only loser for the day with a marginal loss of -0.40%.


For the rest of the Top 100, TrueChain is the biggest gainer of the day with a 32.56% pump. Vestchain, which has dumped yesterday on an allegation of scam, is back up again with an 18.55% gain. Chain closes our list of double-digit gainers. The rest are mostly green between 3-6% and is recovering from its recent loss. There are no big dumps today and the biggest is the stable coin Dai with a loss of -6.61%, taking its price to $0.955.
